(RockPassion.Vn) – On December 3rd the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and CAMA present Go!Go!Japan! The innovative event is set to bring the best in cutting-edge Japanese and Vietnamese talents together to rock Hanoi this December. Rock Passion is media partner in this event.
On December 3rd the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and CAMA present Go!Go!Japan! The innovative event is set to bring the best in cutting-edge Japanese and Vietnamese talents together to rock Hanoi this December. To promote the rejuvenation of Japan in the aftermath of the 3.11 disaster and celebrate the on-going solidarity between Vietnam and Japan, the event will feature three of Japan’s hottest rock acts. Present will be two of the most talked-about acts on the Tokyo scene, Molice and Okamoto’s who both drew rave reviews in the local and international press following live appearances in Hanoi at the annual CAMA Festival in 2010 and 2011. They will hit the stage alongside nomadic Japanese rockers, Electric Eel Shock and the stars of the young and dynamic Vietnamese rock world, Ngu Cung and Rosewood at the National Exhibition Centre, Giang Vo St., Hanoi.

The Japan Foundation & C.A.M.A.
Established in 1972, opened its branch in Vietnam in 2008, the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam (27 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) promotes international cultural exchange on a non-profit basis. They are proud to hook up with Hanoi-based collective CAMA to bring the dynamism and spirit of youth culture from north and South-East Asia together for a night of musical celebration. CAMA have brought more than 60 acts from around the world to Vietnam whilst also helping to foster the development of emerging Vietnamese musicians and the establishment of a youth music culture in Vietnam as a whole.
The annual CAMA Festival, which has raised considerable funds for local causes over the past 5 years, has regularly attracted more than 3,000 guests annually whilst also securing widespread media coverage.

Chuck,I couldn’t agree more. I’m sure these guys had more than their fair share of seuffring, living in a war torn country tends to do that. It is good to know that by the time I met them they could spend their days sitting around with friends.
